I really, really hate having to purchase items at Wal-Mart and will only do it as a last resort. I am a Target shopper, and more importantly, a small business supporter. But one thing bothers me to the moon and back - getting scammed. I buy from several small online shops and lately, have had multiple issues. One took over 3 months to get my items to me, another sent me a bogus tracking number (bye-bye $22!), and another just refunded my money and shut down. How frustrating! Where is the customer service these days!?
